DALLAS, August 21, 2018 – DexYP™ is pleased to announce that it has ranked on the Selling Power 50 Best Companies to Sell For list. Each year, the corporate research team at Selling Power magazine assembles and publishes its list of the 50 Best Companies to Sell For. This is the 17th consecutive year the list has appeared in the magazine and the second time DexYP has nabbed a spot.

“At DexYP, our sales team and their coveted client relationships are our greatest combined asset,” said Chief Revenue Officer Jim McCusker. “Our business is centered on delivering a great client experience.”

McCusker added that the company’s mission is one the salesforce rallies behind.

“We believe in the American dream of owning and running your own small business,” McCusker said. “And our do-it-all management software Thryv, allows us to offer enterprise-type tools and technology to locally owned and operated businesses helping them compete with larger companies, big box retailers and e-commerce.”

To gather data, the Selling Power research team issued a comprehensive application this year to evaluate the companies on the list, with detailed sections covering these categories:

  • Compensation and benefits
  • Sales-rep onboarding and sales enablement
  • Sales training and coaching
  • Sales culture

“We are constantly evolving to keep pace with today’s rapidly changing marketplace,” McCusker added. “Our sales titles have transitioned from the traditional Sales Rep/Account Rep to Business Advisor, because that’s what they do. They help SMBs survive and thrive; and they’re good at it.

“I’m proud to lead this charge – as we all charge on together.”

The list encompasses companies of all sizes – with sales forces ranging from fewer than 100 salespeople to companies with sales-force numbers in the thousands.

Selling Power magazine founder and publisher Gerhard Gschwandtner says it is vital to recognize companies that are creating excellent sales teams today.

“Salespeople face great challenges in a digital era,” says Gschwandtner. “As I have reported at the Sales 3.0 Conference and in Selling Power magazine, not only is it harder to get the attention of customers in an age of distractions, but many simple sales jobs are also becoming obsolete due to advances in technology. To succeed, salespeople need the support of great leadership and management. The companies that appear on the Selling Power 50 Best Companies to Sell For list represent great opportunities for salespeople who are motivated to win and focused on success.”

The list includes all sizes and types of companies…..the full list can be viewed here.
