Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President
Deb Ryan is the chief human resources officer and executive vice president, responsible for DexYP’s human resources and employee administration, including compensation and benefits, employee development, labor relations, payroll administration, employee relations, staffing and vendor management.
Deb previously served as executive vice president – human resources and employee administration of SuperMedia Inc. from 2012 until the company merged as Dex Media in 2014. Before joining SuperMedia, she served as vice president – franchise development for the Dex One Corporation from 2009 to 2011, vice president – human resources – sales and operations from 2006 to 2009, and vice president – human resources from 2002 to 2006 at R.H. Donnelley, where she was responsible for the company’s human resources function. Prior to that, Deb held various human resources and sales management executive positions.
Deb graduated from Elon University in North Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in History and completed the Executive Education Program on Labor Relations from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Additionally, Deb holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
